Laboratory bottle washing machines are widely used in various pharmaceutical companies, universities, scientific research institutions, water treatment plants, hospitals and biotechnology companies around the world, and their characteristics are as follows:
Spatial Architecture
The space frame structure reduces noise, improves durability and energy efficiency. Double arm construction reduces heat loss. Removable side panels make it easy for operators to disassemble the equipment when the machine’s service life expires and needs to be recycled.
Dual temperature sensor
Dual temperature sensors in the water tank ensure that the required cleaning and rinsing temperatures are met.
cleaning system
The top and bottom spray arms have optimally arranged nozzles to reduce water consumption and maintain 99% of the circulating water during cleaning. Adding the upper standard basket allows this unit to have three spray arms.
steam condenser
Vapor condensers are used to avoid venting or leaking potentially hazardous vapors in the laboratory. This equipment does not need to be connected to the ventilation system of the house in which it is located.
Inlet level flowmeter
The flow meter in the inlet pipe can control and measure the water level so accurately that less water can be used in some steps. Accurate water intake control also ensures a precise ratio of water to detergent. The float switch can ensure that there is a suitable water level in the machine.
waterproof system
Waterproofing systems help keep your lab safe by monitoring water pipes and drip trays for leaks. If a leak is detected, the current program (if a program is running) will be cancelled, the drain pump will be activated, and the inlet valve will be closed.
Prompt alarm function
The improved reminder alarm function can be completed or malfunctioned by visual and audible reminder programs. Operators know this information as early as possible, which helps to save working time.
Laboratory glassware washers with Multitronic Novo Plus control system for quick and easy operation of all program functions and indicators. It has ten standard wash programs, all with adjustable temperature, duration and wash steps. Program selection via a simple, easy-to-use dial allows the operator to easily operate the machine even with bulky gloves.
1. Laboratory environmental conditions:
The laboratory used to install the fully automatic bottle washer should have a good external environment. The laboratory should be set up in a place where there is no strong electromagnetic field and strong thermal radiation sources nearby, and should not be built near equipment and workshops that will produce violent vibrations, and should avoid the influence of direct sunlight, smoke, dirty airflow and water vapor.
The internal environment of the laboratory should be kept clean, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 0-40°C, and the relative humidity of the indoor air should be less than 70%.
2. Laboratory equipment conditions:
The volume of the main body of the automatic bottle washer is 760m × 980m × 1100m (length x width x height). The distance around the bottle washer and the wall should not be less than 0.5 meters for your operation and future maintenance.
The laboratory should be installed with tap water (a tap is also available, the same as a fully automatic washing machine), and the water pressure of the tap water should not be lower than 0.1MPA. The instrument has been configured with a booster pump to feed water. The instrument is equipped with an inner wire 4 water pipe at the factory.
3. Laboratory power distribution requirements:
The laboratory should be equipped with AC 220V, and its incoming wire diameter should not be less than 4mm2. It is required to be connected with a single-phase air protection switch with a capacity of 32A. The instrument is 5 meters of exposed cable,
4. Requirements of Automatic Glassware Washer:
(1) Two water sources need to be provided: tap water needs to provide 4 points of outer wire interface, pure water bucket or pipeline is 4 points of outer wire, and the length of the water inlet pipe is 2 meters.
(2) It is required that there is water near the instrument. The water is the same as the drain pipe of the washing machine. The length of the drain pipe is 2 meters, and the height of the drain outlet shall not be higher than 0.5 meters.
5. The automatic laboratory bottle washing machine should be reliably grounded:
The ground wire is preferably drawn from a metal copper plate directly buried below 1m deep underground, and connected to the ground wire end of the power inlet wire.
The fully Lab Automatic Glassware Washer is built according to an exclusive design project and the use of specialized materials and specialized components guarantees the best technical results. The washing chamber is made of AISI 316L stainless steel (resistant to strong acid, also used in pharmaceutical and food industry machinery). Plastics are used for over 10 years of research and experimentally tested in a wide range of different applications. They are very corrosion resistant and inert materials with excellent resistance to organic solutions and high temperatures. The conveying adopts frequency conversion speed control, which can be adjusted according to the actual output of the user to achieve the best effect. The machine can be connected with YB series sterilization cooler and bottled water remover, which will comprehensively improve the automatic degree of production and greatly improve the production efficiency.
