Working principle
Before use, the operator needs to put the glass bottles to be cleaned into the machine and power on the machine. Then, the washing program is set through the controller, including parameters such as water temperature, washing time and rinsing times. Next, the pump begins to draw clean water from the tank and sprays it through the spray head to the inside of the bottle to remove impurities and stains. When the wash is complete, the pump drains the dirty water before rinsing to keep the bottle clean and free from contamination.
The general operation process of using a fully automatic bottle washing machine is as follows:
1.Preparation: Check whether the equipment is normal, and prepare the bottles and cleaning agents to be cleaned.
2. Adjust equipment parameters: Set cleaning time, temperature, water pressure and other parameters according to needs.
3. Loading bottles: place the bottles to be cleaned on the tray or conveyor belt of the equipment, and adjust the proper spacing and arrangement.
4. Start cleaning: Start the equipment, let the bottles pass through the cleaning area in sequence, and go through the steps of pre-rinsing, alkali washing, intermediate water rinsing, pickling, subsequent water rinsing, and disinfection.
5. Unload the bottle: After cleaning, unload the dry bottle from the equipment for packaging or storage.
